LN4 4QN (Kirton Drove, Castle Cottage to Parson’s Drove)
Reported via desktop in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 08:09, Mon 22 August 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430085.
The road outside my property is collapsing. In addition to the deep split in the tarmac (approx 100 feet long) there are multiple deep and large potholes which are worsening daily. Evidence of previous tarmac ‘repairs’ clearly show that the situation requires serious attention not temporary fixes. At all times of the day the horrendous sound of passing traffic going into the potholes fills me with dread that somebody will be hurt - I live very close to the road so I am also fearful that my house may suffer too. LCC have finally fixed Two Hundreds Farm (see ‘Kirton Drove needs major surgery not tarmac plasters’) has now been fixed BUT why stop there? My previous complaint was for the road from there to PARSON’S DROVE to be repaired properly so please attend to this immediately. Residents and road users are being put at risk by your neglect.
