On the roundabout

Reported via mobile in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 12:26, Wed 24 August 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430281.

There's a deep long groove in the road on the roundabout when travelling on the A17 from Sutton Bridge to Boston. I am afraid that a motorcycle or motor scooter could get its front wheel caught in the rut and kill someone. The groove follows the curve of the roundabout and is in the left lane. Should a motorcycle/bicycle wheel be caught in the rut, they would be unable to continue on the A17. I say it every time I drive over the roundabout, expecting it's been reported but it can't have been a very long time and is an accident waiting to happen.
