Blocked drain with new tarmac surround

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430332.

Left hand side as heading towards alford from swaby. Drain surround is recent. Drain does not pass water. Please do not belittle me by saying "unprecedented rainfall" this is due to Lincs highways lack of and or poor maintenance. Action is required
