Rotten Row between Branch Lane and Helen House Farm

The road has subsided significantly during the hot weather between Branch Lane and Helen House Farm. The road is becoming very dangerous. I travel to the end of the lane to and from my house and have to use the lane daily. The problem has become worse following the dry weather where the road is falling away.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Please see uploaded photos. These clearly show the depth of the subsidence. Driving down this road is dangerous and could lead to damage to vehicles. You have previously written to me stating that you do not intend to carry out any works, however this road is access to my residence which should be accessible. I would be grateful if you would reassess this.
