This tree was first reported and assessed for removal December 2021 as it posed a danger due to disease in the tree itself, branches entangled in the phone/wi fi wires as it is right next to a phone poll and the dangerous trip hazard it had caused lifting the footpath and damage to the boundary wall. It has been reported and reassessed twice more since then and still not removed, however the works department have been and removed a neighbouring tree today and say this job has not been passed to them! They have taken photos and stressed it is dangerous and needs removing immediately and should be done within the next two weeks! How many times does this have to be reported and logged before action is taken

Unfortunately this issue is NOT RESOLVED as no work has been done regarding this complaint…in fact the footpath is even more dangerous now the clocks have been alerted and it’s dark earlier as the over grown tree blocks the street light so you can’t see the huge lump in the footpath as the above picture shows. Your team have removed a different tree on the same estate!
