Pavement area outside 139 Manthorpe Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 431209.

I’m a little concerned that this is now classed as fixed. Tarmac has indented already. Please can someone explain the reasoning for the patch? The tarmac is really soft. In my opinion the area between our drive & road is all in disrepair.
