The drain on the road in front of our property is over flowing and there is no protection to our driveway. Because of this it is free flowing down our driveway and entering through our garage and house causing about 2 inches of water throughout. Happens regularly. We’ve had Anglian water to the property and they have told us it needs to be sorted by Lincoln council highway to either redirect or add more drains.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Unfortunately we are still being flooded with heavy rain and is coming through my garage again. We was told that the drain needed the roots removing but in the meantime the drain is still over flowing.
