Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 433193.

Cabourne avenue passage way to the elderly bungalows is uneven, I walked down there today with my baby in a pram and the wheel got stuck in the path and nearly tipped my baby out of the pram

What about the rest of the path it's all uneven and needs tarmacing like the path on cabourne avenue
