Incorrect height of Give Way sign

The mounting height, which is the height of the lowest edge of the sign above the verge/footway, Traffic Sign Regulations state that the height should not be less than 2.15m or 2.40m for cycle lanes. This sign is much lower than that

    This sign is still too short, the electric parts are easily contactable, and the sign is not at the proscribed height. In fact NOTHING has changed since the original report
