Speed sign not working
Reported via desktop in the Sign (lit) category by Louise Roberts, Chairman, SWPC at 22:30, Wed 19 October 2022
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 434145.
The speed sign that tells you the speed at which you are travelling has stopped working. It is the only one in our village. It is on the right hand side on London Road as you come into the village from Sleaford.

Can you please update me on this? Your last update on the 3rd November said Westcotec were organising repairs … nothing has changed, it’s still not working and cars are speeding through our village. This is the only speed sign we have and it is very important. When is it being fixed please? Thankyou

I have contacted Westcotec myself as you have not replied. They have told me via email, that they have not received a request to assess the sign? You said on the 3 Nov Westcotec are looking at it. Can you please look into this as a matter of urgency as this was initially reported to you in October. Thankyou
