Local flooding outside the properties only fixed a couple of days ago. Water coming onto front of properties from wake of cars. This is a recurring problem.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

The drain is still full of waste and the stick shown in the photo is in the leaves/soil/waste about 12" from the top of the drain. We have CCTV covering this area on a 7 day loop so please let me know the date and time the work was carried out as neither my next door neighbour or myself saw anyone.

1555 today and this problem has NOT been fixed. Following the heavy rain earlier the drains completely flooded and traffic was throwing water over the pavement stopping pedestrians passing.
