Drain has been blocked for ages, now with regular rainfall is flooding both the bus stop and the footpath. This happens every time there is standard rainfall it doesn’t have to be a thunderstorm.

UPDATE: Further to your reply about doing nothing further, the attached picture was taken yesterday afternoon shortly after your reply was sent. It doesn’t resemble a drain that has had anyone inspect it on 24/10/22.
