Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 435514.

Reported once supposed to be fixed but same problem everytime it rains it floods across the road and stands there flooded for at least 36 to 48 hrs after it stops raining drain is either blocked or calapsed into the dyke
