Sudbrooke drive lincoln, about 20 meters from woodhall drive T junction.
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 435580.
Not sure where the water has come from, presume the sky eg rain. The 'puddle' / small 'lake' was covering the whole road and both paths. Couldn't see curb on either side of the road. Didn't get a pic as I am disabled and was in a car.
