Road surface is horrendous!

The entire length of Hoplands Road is shocking, it’s so uneven and bumpy with several patches of missing tarmac, I’ve seen better farm tracks than this road. This road serves as access for approx 240 homes, that means roughly £400,000 is being paid from council tax per year just from us! Do something properly about the road, not just filling them with awful repairs that don’t last

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • Still have potholes down Hoplands Road. Horrendous surface. There is a particularly deep one between numbers 8 and 9 that is unavoidable when entering/exiting driveway.
