The pin on the map shows the exact location where the bollards were but are now not. I'm not sure how much more information could be given, embarassing.

Here's a picture providing more specific evidence, would you like me to draw arrows pointing to where the safety bollards were or are you capable of finding this yourselves? I don't think this will require much more investigating lincs highways so I'll make a new report just in case:)
