Between 31 and 29 Kings Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 435864.

The street light between my property (31) and my neighbour 29 is not working. This makes it very difficult to see when I cross the footpath onto my driveway. I have already reported this on the 19th September with reference 431913. This was passed to Metheringham Parish Council who have done nothing with it and this job reference is now 'closed'. I have tried contacting Metheringham Parish Council via phone ( left a message to contact me back) but nothing, emailed but again nothing. Surely it's not that hard to sort out? Where do I go from here?
