This was reported previously. I assume this cold tarmac fix is temporary? Surely this isnt the final answer.There is still a considerable height to the main hole cover (pic doesnt do justice) older residents still struggle to get around it in with scooters and wheel chairs. Also the repair wont last longer than a year. I presume this is scheduled for a more long term substantial fix?
