Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 436307.
Road surface in Pendeen close gainsborough has degraded significantly along with the footpaths ( see photos ) of which are becoming close to being a tripping hazard.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Regarding this issue and with the council reference number 436307. From my initiation of complaint on Nov 9th 2022 To a second response from you dated 11th Nov 2022 saying that the complaint was more complicated than first thought and would need further investigation and i would be advised of the situation as soon as possible. As of today 8th March 2023, no further contact has been made to me. How can this be complicated as from photos originally sent that it needs further investigation. The road and path have degraded as probably not done correctly in the first instance and the situation just needs correcting. You resurface the full length of marlow road, of which in my and a few others opinion didn’t need it. Yet our close and pavements got nothing.
