Good morning. I sent an email to csc highways on Monday 11th September 2023 along with 5 photos showing severe flooding on the afternoon of Sunday 10th September 2023. They informed me the email and photos had been sent to the relevant department (presumably yourselves). It has been nearly 11 months since csc highways were made aware of this flooding. Every time heavy rain is forecast I have to deploy and subsequently remove19 heavy sandbags, to prevent damage to my property.
48 HOURS LATER The two attached photos are of flooding AGAIN on the afternoon of Tuesday 12th September 2023.
If out and it starts raining I am constantly thinking about flood damage to my property and have had to rush home in the past to deploy the sandbags. As you have previously been made aware of my age and several health problems this is extremely uncomfortable/difficult and mentally distressing.
