Horrifically uneven surface and road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 436808.

Since my last report, a strip of tarmac has appeared and filled in a crack. This is not the problem. The road is highly uneven in three or four places and causes oncoming buses and vehicles to actually tip up. The maximum I do is now less than 30 mile an hour along this road. A fatality waiting to happen.
