Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 437230.
Water flows down the hill from the east, at the entrance to my property the drop kerbs and the footpath are low, and the water turns into my drive resulting in flooding up to the sides of my property, to a depth of 50mm+, not only is there water but there is a horrible black silt that is left everywhere. I have just had my drive upgraded and have installed aco drains, but even these cannot cope, as they get blocked by all the detrius that is washed along with this water
