End of petts lane to sutton bridge port customs office

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 437398.

Steel barriers have been erected prohibiting through traffic today. This road is a public right of way and has been unofficially closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Urgent action to restore this thoroughfare is required.
