Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 437610.
There are 2No gullies either side of the road that are significantly blocked. Any rainfall that we get, the road floods instantly putting traffic & pedestrians at high risk of an accident occurring. Please can this get rectified asap to avoid any incidents occurring. I am unable to identify what is blocking the gullies, however I would suspect it is a build up of debris from farming vehicles & equipment over a number of years.
