Travelling SW towards Barnetby the solid white line changes to a dotted line about 200m from the Keelby junction. But driving a normal car the driver's eyeline doesn't see other cars in a hidden dip 200m further up the road. The change from solid to dotted line suggests that you can overtake but in reality it is too dangerous unless you're driving a tall SUV/van/lorry type vehicle with a higher eyeline. The solid white linbe needs extending, say, another 100m or so.
