CONISHOLME village sign not at correct height

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 438102.

The Conisholme village sign on the way in from North Somercotes is on the floor (poles still up) - as if it got knocked / loosened and fell to the bottom of the poles
