Very deep potholes several vehicles including my own have punctures and wheel damage Fen Road from just east of railway bridge to the catchwater river has major carriageway structural defects and potholes. I suggest that the road is repaired using method that was used on the road east of the catchwater some years ago ie break it up, level it, and roll and tar chip. This has given good results further down the fen road, being more flexible.

Hello, I am very upset as I have hit two pot holes on Fen Road in the last two weeks both of which are 8 inches deep and have had to get two new tires. It is my only way to get from my house to work and I drive at 10mph to try and avoid them but the road is crumbling away and there are potholes everywhere. I am incredibly upset and have become a very nervous driver.

Works are still ongoing. Some repairs have already been completed with others scheduled for completion during early December. Due to the extent of the works required the repairs could not be completed in one visit. Thank you for reporting this matter.
