Directly outside 10 Holmes Road Kirton End

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 438722.
This drain cover was broken by the drain cleaning team in September when it was hit with a sledge hammer to replace it. A road cone was then placed on top of it but this keeps being run over by traffic as it’s on a slight bend on a narrow road. I keep putting it back together but worried it will cause an accident.

The cone that was protecting the broken drain cover has been removed, possibly by the workmen removing signs for the recent roadworks at the junction

Drain cleaned again today but crew say they have nothing to do with replacing the broken cover. This will be two years in September. The cone placed on it is broken again and has no fluorescent cover. Could someone come and look and assess if the drain cover is a danger and remove or replace the cone accordingly.
