Grass verge between the layby and surgery entrance

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 439137.

The grass is getting churned up and very muddy from parking in the lay-by and turning into the surgery entrance - could the lay-by be extended to the surgery entrance, creating extra parking space and removing the muddy verge?
