  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • That last report was in 2022. The drains are all blocked again. West Lindsey have swept the road but the drains are blocked and causing flooding.

  • WLDC also swept the layby opposite side of the road so the drain is also blocked. Could the drain between Wold Aston & Angian Way also be checked by lifting the concrete slab in the middle of the path to reveal the run away. This is not a BT manhole.

  • Flowline cleaned out the drains both sides of the carriageway outside De Aston School on Friday 18th October. It then rained heavily Friday night Saturday morning & the laybyes were flooded , so the work carried out has not cured the problem
