Access to Toot Lane Alottments And Toot Farm

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 439242.

No notification of roadworks being done, or traffic lights being put in place. Trouble to access Toot Farm house and Allotments. Down to single lane and is backing up a lot of traffic especially during school run. Lorries parking all along the road also making it hard to drive around and out of property
