Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 439333.

Customer has stated that a drain outside of their property has become blocked by general waste, currently it is not causing flooding but wouldn't be long before it does. There is also a manhole that is completely covered and fully needs clean.
