Poor repair - HOUSE STILL SHAKING

Reported via desktop in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 15:59, Thu 8 December 2022

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 439559.

Hi,

I've had to raise ANOTHER case, as no one is coming back to me.

It has been over a month with no update, can someone please come back to me on this?

We are still having to deal with the constant shaking/noise caused by lorries/tractors hitting the poor repair.

I have been very kind throughout this process. As I've mentioned before, I will myself in HARMS way and sit on side of the A52 and record the lorries hitting the pothole. I will have artic lorries meters from me if this provides enough evidence? Will any concern be shown?

Failing this, I will resort to erecting a sign on the verge to ask traffic to avoid the poor repair to help stop the long term damage this is going to cause on Jazzgate, Old Coach, Rylan and Shepherds Arms propertys.

Please provide me with an update.

Many thanks.

Daniel.

  • Hi,

Can you please advise if anyone has actually attended?

It would be great to speak to someone in person regarding this matter.

I think I'll place a sign on the side of the road to ask lorries etc to avoid the pothole so we haven't got to deal with the constant noise/shaking that highways fail to accept.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards, Daniel.
