Unfortunately we have been unable to take action with this fault as there was insufficient information. Please identify the specific streetlights that are affected in order for us to investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Unfortunately i have been unable to identify the specific defective lamps due to the ID numbers being faded or covered. Would you like a new report for each lamp with unreadable ID numbers? Come on now what's your next excuse?
