Road outside 1 & 2 pipwell cottage, pipwell gate

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 440313.
The road outside 1 & 2 pipwell cottage, up to the corner junction is very icy, shaded by the properties, i've witnessed 2 cars sliding off the road, LGVs & cars have slid sideways when trying to brake before junction/corner. Junction has been gritted in the past but it's VERY icy & dangerous, please grit regularly

About 4:30am this morning an estate car slid off the road on the corner into the ditch, it had to be recovered & dragged out

Thanks, but this road is used by lots of cars & lgvs as a cut through between the a151 & the a17, the lack of gritting is a problem every winter, when it happens again & i'm helping them, I'll inform the drivers that the problem has been raised with the council but is not a priority. Thanks anyway, Gareth
