Rotten fencing collapsed. Repaired previously.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 440485.

A lot of this has rotted out as pictured. Some has been repaired before either by lcc or eldc, if eldc responsibility please forward to them as they do not have an easy reporting system.
