Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 440585.

This light was reported due to the ivy and hedging and trees covering it and therefore reducing the light that shines down onto the already uneven pavement. I have attached more photos to show that although the light head is clear the light that shines down into the leaves from trees, ivy etc making less light getting through. The hedge, trees and greenery need cutting around to expose the post so that the light can shine directly down.
