  • The pot holes from the original report have not been dealt with at all. The picture showing work has been completed is from a different pot hole report which wasn’t fully completed either. the road need to be fixed. This report needs to be left open and work correctly completed.

  • I don’t understand why the repair team come to the potholes, see 5 or 6 different ones and only repair one and then say ‘great news your potholes are repaired’ the team would have had to avoid driving over the other potholes on their way to the one the repair. If I burst a tyre in the holes you ignore each time you come do the council accept responsibility for the costs!? These have being reported over and over and nothing is getting done and they are getting worse.

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it does not yet require further action. State changed to: No further action

  • There will be a formal complaint made as this is ridiculous. How can you say this part of the road needs no further action, yet on the 22nd of February, you were out fixing it. However, this was incorrect as the pictures above show completely different part of the road being fixed (and in turn that wasn’t done correctly either). So about the post about the issue being fixed is incorrect as no work ever got done. Due to the fact, the road wasn’t fixed it has gotten a lot worse and as says in the original report in December 2022 unavoidable due to the parked cars.
