Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 442502.

Over the month of December whilst the fast broadband was instaled in the street there was on average 4 vehicles parked all along the verge which has completely distrored the grass verge leaving mud all along the pavement. Not only this whilst the pavement was dug up to install the cable along the road , the machinery used burnt our hedge along the front of our property & this hasn't been resolved.
