Road drain on rookery lane, lincoln. Opposite small gated entrance to boultham park.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 443118.

Completely blocked drain, filled to the top with mud, stones and tarmac from the recently resurfaced road.
