Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category by J Clarke at 16:16, Wednesday 11 January 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 443371.
The Pavement is lower / uneven. This results in excessive collection of water and leaves rendering the pavement impossible to traverse requiring pedestrians to dangerously enter the road to walk.

Worse than ever. I have seen people drenched when drivers are unable to swerve into middle of road to miss splashing pedestrians. Footpath is unable to be used for fear of drenching. People walking in middle of road when footpath regularly flooded with even little rain.
