Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 443494.
Pot holes in the car park which is owned by West Lindsey Council - this was reported previously to LCC who said that it did not belong to them. On further investigation it is the property of West Lindsey Council. There are various pot holes in the car part that patients and staff have to use and it is a hazard for anyone walking in the car park for tripping and falling. The pot holes are also a hazard for drivers as they have to drive over them when entering the area via car. We have a variety of patients using this area that have disabilities so your attention as soon as possible is greatly appreciated.
