Blocked drain on Wormgate.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 444629.

I reported this drain as being blocked over 18 months ago and I was told that it would be cleaned on the next cleaning schedule and I know that drains are cleaned yearly but this drain still has not been cleaned and I would like to know why, please?
