Tree / fences falling into road

Refuse Operatives have reported that as you enter Brick lane from the A52 there is a very broken fence with tree's overhanging into the road causing obstructions for the bin wagon. We will not be able to access the road if this becomes even worse.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

The hedge is causing obstruction to the refuse team. We will be unable to collect the bins on this lane if the hedge has not been cut back. This is due to the hedge causing the refuse lorry damage.
The lane is very narrow for HGV access.

Please can I have a response urgently.
The hedges are still over grown and obstructing the refuse operatives when trying to service the road.
I first made contact in January and nothing has been done regarding the hedge.
