• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because there are a number of signs in situ which are part of a system of A1 works being carried out on behalf of National Highways. They may still be required until works are complete. Thank you for reporting this matter.

• Discarded sign structure is very rusty, bent and cannot be used. Will Highways not fine National Highways for leaving a sign structure?
