Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 446608.

The problem is a manhole cover in the road in front of our home but on the list of problems manhole covers are not listed. The cover does not fit securely and every time a vehicle drives over it it rattles very annoying. I understand one of my neighbours has already reported this and been told its fixed I assure you it has not fixed the problem. This problem as been going on for my weeks.
