Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 446781.

Gully cover is broken currently cover by a cone, needs repairing before someone falls into it

Has been previously reported a few weeks ago not sure what happened to the report as the ref number that was given goes to a completely different report
