No light unit on pole

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 446863.

Reported before as it has no light unit on top of pole , area is very dark at night, it needs fixing and not reported as fixed when it is not by the contractor hired to fix it when it still has no light unit
