Road bank support washed away

Hi All
The bank supporting the road above a drain collapsed and was washed away some months ago exposing a telecom’s cable and blocking the drain. Temporary barriers where put in place but there has been no further progress. This drain has had several issue’s reported against it and the legal department where trying to find the land owner. Please confirm the progress.
