Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 08:46, Tue 14 February 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 447999.
The owner/Occupant of the property has an existing gateway into the land at the point highlighted. They have now created hardstanding at the location to enable them to access the existing entrance. They have laid chalk in the highway verge to access the entrance. This isn't considered a breach of planning control for ELDC as this would be permitted development but the works are on highway land and the chalk could end up in the highway as it is loose
